lswjr1087 0 Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 I apologize if this is in the wrong spot but has anyone had an issue getting their emby premiere key emailed to them? When I subscribed somehow it got the wrong email address and I emailed billing and they fixed that but now when I click on the forgotten key link and out in my email it says the key was emailed to me but it never shows up. I have already tried emailing billing but no response, would appreciate any help.

ebr 16184 Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Hi. Make sure your ISP isn't stopping the email with a filter at that level. You should have received your key this morning from billing support.
