fxwegr 6 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 After I deleted the browser cache, the text decorations are no longer displayed. Instead of the image only the alternative text is displayed. See the attached screenshot. In the log files I find error messages regarding the image processing. What can I do to correct the error? embyserver.txt embyserver-63743790331.txt
Luke 42079 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Hi, that's strange. Never seen that before. Perhaps you have a firefox extension that might be causing a problem?
fxwegr 6 Posted December 17, 2020 Author Posted December 17, 2020 No, there are no firefox extensions. Luke 42079 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Have you tried a different browser to compare to?
Luke 42079 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 I would also make sure that firefox is fully up to date.
fxwegr 6 Posted December 17, 2020 Author Posted December 17, 2020 Yes I have: Noproblems under MS-Edge.
Luke 42079 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Ok that's strange. I'm not sure what the issue is right now. I don't see any problems in firefox.
fxwegr 6 Posted December 17, 2020 Author Posted December 17, 2020 If you need further information, let me know ist.
fxwegr 6 Posted December 27, 2020 Author Posted December 27, 2020 Meanwhile i could solve the problem by doing a clean installation for firefox.
Luke 42079 Posted December 27, 2020 Posted December 27, 2020 That's interesting, thanks for the feedback.
