4K HEVC files can't be transcoded by GPU

System:winserver2019

Emby version:4.5.4.0

GPU：GTX960

I am a Premiere user. ALL other files can be transcoded by GPU except 4K HEVC files. How to solve it?

What was your resolution?
Was it updating the Nvidia drivers as softworkz suggested?
