sross44 432 Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 I think this is doable, but just want to make sure I'm doing it right. I have two MKV files, because the Movie was split over 2 bluray disks. Is it possible to put both MKV files in to one folder and have Emby recognize this is a one movie? Or is it better to just convert it to one long MKV file somehow? If that's the best option, what's the best way/program to do just that? Thanks in advance!
PenkethBoy 2068 Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 join them together would be best for better experience google for - ffmpeg joining files
crusher11 1101 Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 MKVToolnix GUI is by far the easiest way. Drag and drop the first file in, drag and drop the second file in and then select "append" when the popup asks what you want to do with it. Mux. 1
