koopa8840 24 Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Before I start creating individual strm files for each track, does Emby support audio playlists containing multiple stream addresses; finish stream and continue to next stream? I have a lot of music being stored and the company provides a playlist (m3u, asx and xspf). Here is the general idea of how their playlists, with STATIC links, are setup: #EXTM3U #EXTINF:201,Lit - Four HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.1.mp3 #EXTINF:169,Lit - My Own Worst Enemy HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.2.mp3 #EXTINF:224,Lit - Down HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.3.mp3 #EXTINF:256,Lit - Miserable HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.4.mp3 #EXTINF:152,Lit - No Big Thing HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.5.mp3 #EXTINF:212,Lit - Zip-Lock HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.6.mp3 #EXTINF:246,Lit - Lovely Day HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****//FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.7.mp3 #EXTINF:249,Lit - Perfect One HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****//FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.8.mp3 #EXTINF:198,Lit - Quicksand HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****//FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.9.mp3 #EXTINF:170,Lit - Happy HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****//FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.10.mp3 #EXTINF:270,Lit - The Best Is Yet to Come Undone HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****//FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.11.mp3 #EXTINF:260,Lit - A Place in the Sun HTTPS://www.*****.com/user/****/FL31JCBGKL4A95NS/1824.12.mp3 If Emby doesn't support, I'll create seperate strm files and continue on. Thanks.
Abobader 3464 Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Hello koopa8840, Please wait for someone from staff support or our members to reply to you. It's recommended to provide more info, as it explain in this thread: How to Report a Problem Thank you. Emby Team
Luke 42079 Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Hi, first thing is that Emby Server's playlist support only supports playlists containing links to files already in your library, not links pointing to internet urls. So yes it looks like you'll need to use strm files.
koopa8840 24 Posted December 23, 2020 Author Posted December 23, 2020 That's what I figured. Thanks for confirming.
