Cant unlock,subscribe, restore unlock

I am trying to use a FireTV . After install it sees the server and all the movies. But when I get to the unlock screen it will not respond to any of the selections.

(sign me up for $6.49 a month ) (unlock app) (restore Unlock)  When I click any of the icons you can see that they change color but nothing happens. 

The only thing it responds to is (cancel) .

Hi.  Can you send a log from the app immediately after hitting just one of those buttons that doesn't do anything?
