No transcoding info button

Thus no way to discern the reason for transcoding.

Did you check the ffmpeg log file to see if it was actually transcoding or streaming?
The admin panel could be reporting transcoding wrongly.

Can't tell for sure but the double progress bar suggest transcoding, but is this a client or server issue?

What does the Nerds Stats show on the client?

Transcoding. No idea why it would need to, which is why I checked.

Please post the ffmpeg log.  But to me it is a client issue not a server issue.  

 

Is this the only client that does not show info or is it just this media?

I checked both my phone and the Web app. No info option.

But how about the Stats for Nerds on the clients?

Yeah, they show a reason. The LG TV Stats for Nerds doesn't, nor is there an info button on the dashboard.
