And everything worked as expected. Today I've reinstalled emby to my two Android TV - devices and I recognized that every h.264 media is out of synch. Per movie it is more or less decent. HEVC content works pretty well. My devices are: - Philips 55PUS8303 (AndroidTV 8 ) - Google Chromecast with Google TV (AndroidTV 10) I've tried all the settings to avoid transcoding happening at all or to eleminate any other cause. Is anyone else facing asynch-issues with Emby for AndroidTV or has a solution? Kind regards Edited December 12, 2020 by klopsknoedel
klopsknoedel 0 Posted December 13, 2020 Author Posted December 13, 2020 Hi @ebr, sorry for my late reply but I've tried some things to solve this issue on my side but there was nothing I could do to get back video/audio - synchronization for h.264 content using Emby Server 4.5.2.0_x. So the last possible solution was to update the TrueNAS-Plugin to 4.5.3.0 and this solved the async-problem. Kind Regards
