Prevent playlist creation - EmbyServer 4.4.3.0

Hi,
I would like to use CSS or HMTL code to exclude any user from creating a playlist.
If it is possible to keep the resource only for the administrator user, even better, but if deleting the resource the administrator cannot create it, it is also valid.
The playlist created by users is something that bothers a lot.
