can't run app when update to 4.5.3.0

Win10 system.

when run app, apear wrong message : to run this application, you must install .net core. would you like to download it now?

 

click yes, trun to windows website, I downloaded X64 version and reboot windows, same error.

I downloaded X86 version and reboot windows, same error...

 

Please kindly tell me how to fix it?

Hi, I'd suggest making sure you go into windows upgrade and make sure you are current with all windows updates/releases.

After doing that try installing again and let us know how it goes.

1. download embyserver-netcore_4.5.3.0 and unzip it to cover old file,  it wouldn't notice error when run app, but can't run successful.

2. download embyserver-win-x64-4.5.3.0 and unzip it to cover old file,  run app, successful.

 

But I notice the app would cost some time to run after click it, about 10s?

the old version almost no wait time.

No surprise that the first one wouldn't work. That's not supported.
