How to cleanup deleted movies

Hi,
I have a large library of movies (5000 files into a folder named "Movies" ) correctly managed by Emby.
Now I need to split those files moving some files into another folder:
Movies -> all movies later 2000's
Old Movies -> all movies before 2000's

I've created a folder "Old Movies" and I've correctly moved all needed files. I added new library into Emby named "Old Movies" and all files have been correctly managed by Emby.
Unfortunately in library "Movies" I still see all previous files (files moved into "old movies") and I cannot force to cleanup the "Movies" library.

is there a way to cleanup the "Movies" library removing all deleted files?

Hi, if you've moved files around then simply run a library scan so that Emby Server will become aware of the changes.

I've already executed a full rescan but Emby is still showing my "Movies" library with all removed/moved files.
After a restart all files and libraries are correctly shown.
