Yrosma 4 Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Since I moved from emby 4.5.2.0 to 4.5.3.0 I notice emby theater hangups/unresponsiveness. Sometimes while playing. Sometimes just while browsing my libraries. The only way for me to get it back working is closing emby theater. Which does work so it's not that I need to use task manager to kill it. My setup is emby server running in a docker image on a synology nas. I mostly use emby theater on a windows machine to play my media. Up till version 4.5.3.0 this worked fine. I also tried it with my LG app from the TV and there I saw similar behavior. Sometime I would want go into a library or play some media and it just didn't want to do that. Had to move a menu back and before it would work. Any idea what is happening here?
horstepipe 422 Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 (edited) More probably Emby Theater requests slow down Emby server verrry much since 4.5.3.0, at least that's how it feels here.
