Running the latest version of EMBY server 4.5.3.0 but pictures not showing.

I installed the server last week, everything is working great except the pictures,  Found older versions of the product reporting similar issues but nothing recent.

re-inventoried the libraries, restarted server but still nothing.

all my movies are working perfectly.

Server version 4.5.3.0 

OS version Microsoft Windows 10.0.14393

any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
