Depending how powerful your CPU is, disable the "hardware acceleration". I HAVE to use CC, and have resorted to the HDHomeRun app for live TV and Kodi running a HDHomeRun app to watch my recording........... Don't have to do that anymore......... Guess that is not the official way to do it, but it works for me, and that is what matters.
Sammy 790 Posted January 25, 2021 Author Posted January 25, 2021 What version of the server are you using? My server is a Ryzen 3700x with a GTX 1060 6Gb GPU but version 4.5.4.0 killed closed captions or pause/play (Time shifting) for me. Does Time Shifting work for you?
