Using pinyin to sort and alpha picker for Chinese Title

@Luke, I'd like raise this request as title, currently the sort and alpha picker is useless for chinese title,  some discussion in below

@luke,  how about this request,  one simple solution is that check the name when update the metadata, if it is in Chinese,  then update the SortName field with the Pinyin of Chinese Name

I have tested using API to update the sort title,  basically first pull the item full meta using /Items/{itemid} service, then modify the "ForcedSortName" field, and post the updates data to /Items/{ItemId}

Still wating for this update, as the amount of the movies goes up to more than 150, this sort-by-pinyin function is definitely going to be needed. However, still trying to figure out what rules does the current chinese title sorting method follow? If there is a certain pattern, it should also be helpful for finding movies quickly.

@Luke I really need this feature very much. Plex can set the sort title, so that you can set the Pinyin of the Chinese title in the sort title, Pinyin sorting and searching can be done well.
