UI doesnt show progress/notification when doing ajax calls

The UI has no indication its doing somethings like adding/deleting librarys, Im sure there are others.  I pressed delete, as you can see the network is still processing it, UI to me basically says you clicked the button but nothing happened.  So I would keep pressing delete until it finally went thru.
