Temporary loss of Premiere status, consequences?

First off, although I've experienced a temporary loss of Premiere status in my Emby server twice now, this post isn't about that.

Rather, I seem to recall seeing somewhere on this forum that some Premiere-only plugins or settings end up being auto-removed or reverted to default settings if the server thinks it's running in non-Premiere mode.

I can't remember exactly, though. Should I be worried about this possibility? And if so, what exactly should I watch for being changed/removed?

I just don't want to lose any settings I've spent time to carefully set up the way I like them. Hope this question makes sense.

Update: Hah! Literally moments after posting this, I found the actual solution to the Premiere status issue right here. So that's taken care of.

I'm not aware of any such behavior.  Do you recall where you saw that?

I really don't, sorry, no. But if you aren't aware of any such behavior, then that can only mean I was wrong. So that puts me at ease.
