Why is emby charging me again.?

After the trial period, I unlocked Fire TV for my office TV. At the time of the purchase it said it would be unlocked for every Fire TV that is registered to my Amazon account.  That is not the case! later I wanted to use the fire tv downstairs and it asked me again to unlock the app if I wanted to play the movies. 

 

Do I need to unlock the app for every Fire TV in the house? I have 4.

Just pay for emby premier should unlock everything that youre logged into.

If they were installed on the other devices before you paid for the unlock code, you probably just need to uninstall and reinstall them again.

Hi.  It is right next to the purchase unlock button when you bring up the unlock/Premiere screen.

Hey, thanks. That worked. I clicked on restore unlock and now it is working fine. 

However I am trying to use another FireTV but when I get to the unlock screen it will not respond to any of the selections.

(sign me up for $6.49 a month ) (unlock app) (restore Unlock) 

The only thing it responds to is (cancel) when I click the icon it changes but nothing happens.

Hi.  What icon changes and to what?

Make sure that device has store access.

The icons(buttons) on the bottom of the screen. They change color slightly to indicate they have ben pressed but nothing happens .  What do you mean store access? How do I make sure.

I uninstall the emby that I had downloaded from who knows where. Then I reinstalled using the fire tv app manager. Now things are working fine.
