tymanthius 18 Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 I am just starting to get everything set up for Kodi/Emby combination. Love this skin, but I have run into an issue. I have multiple users (Me, wife, teen kid, & little kids). When I switch back and forth, the settings won't hold. This is a full stop bug for me. :/ What can I do to resolve it?

Thanks There is a setting you can "create" in Kodi. I believe it's called advancedsettings.xml. It will disable all splash screens though, not just certain ones. You can find the information in the Kodi Wiki.

I think you're referring to below code, this is to disable default Kodi, not for titan skin splash. Marcel knows exactly what I am pointing to, the option to disable Titan splash has always been in the general setting, but recently it was removed. Thanks In fact the complete splash screen is removed from the skin as it was no longer needed but I just noticed that there was a leftover splash appearing. This will be fixed in tonight's new beta 1

If I turn off "Hide Incompatible" it shows up in the list on the repo. It still won't install though as it gives the "Dependencies not met". Before this point, it's been working just fine. Any plans for Jarvis compatibility in Titan?

I just loaded up OpenElec on a new raspberry pi 2 to play with and I do not see Titan in the repo. Emby loaded but no Titan. I checked one of my Windows boxes and Titan Beta isn't listed there either. I tried turning off "hide incompatible" and still no go.

I did the re-upload, is it now working ? Hmmm, in theory you should be able to import your 3.5 backup into 3.6 but I didn't test that. The backup/restore is designed to transfer your settings between stable/beta so it should also cover the skin.titan.jarvisbeta ID. 1
