Hi all, the new 3.4.0 stable version of the skin is submitted to the Kodi team earlier this week so it will be available soon. Note that it always can take them some time to properly review things. Also, now that it's holiday time and the recent v15 release it may take a little longer then expected. Note that the 3.4.0 release is fully compatible with Kodi Isengard, the current stable version 3.3.0 is NOT. It will work offcourse but some specific additions for Isengard are in the 3.4.0 release which btw has all the functionality of the current 3.3.33 BETA release of the skin. If you can't wait before the official 3.4.0 version is out you may want to try the BETA version of the skin, see the first post of this thread for info where to find it. Please be aware that using a beta version is on your own risk. I don't recommend to install it on your "production" (or better say: family) HTTPC. In the meanwhile I have just uploaded a new BETA version of the skin, version 3.3.34 which has a few fixes for issues reported by users on the forums and one big new feature: A Netflix style homescreen option. I have not only tried to design it like Netflix I've also put some work in providing you "intelligent" widgets of what to watch. Please give it a try and let me know. Also an fyi: In the background we're working hard on some major fixes (and features) for the skinshortcuts script which will result in some better customization options and more speed in all skins that utilize the script. marcelveldt 736 Posted August 2, 2015 Author Posted August 2, 2015 Having a few issues with beta 3.3.34 on kodi 14.2, none of my smart menu items are showing up and when I try to read then they are not available in the add menu item list.Is it enabled in skinsettings, smart shortcuts? Also, any errors in the log ?
pünktchen 1409 Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Hi Marcel, maybe it was answered in this thread already, but up until now i've used an old version of Titan (before the theme/color overhaul) and also the old outdated Mediabrowser addon (never had any problem with this)... That's why i've followed only sporadic all the Titan posts. Now i've updated to the latest beta versions of Titan and the Emby addon and i'm a little bit lost. In my old setup every media section of Mediabrowser i put on the homescreen, shows their own random images within the tiles. Now with the Emby addon, the different media sections only show a "folder" placeholder image. I know i can choose some predefined "multiimages" like latest movies, but they are mixed across all movie libraries and therefore don't fit to the respective tiles [emoji20] Do i have to live with that, is something broken in my setup or is there no other way round?

But if you say it should work this way, maybe i should start from scratch...

Reinstalled Titan and added some smartshortcuts to the homescreen and get this: As you can see it works for series (they are grouped in the Emby server settings) but not for single movie libraries!

I don't see anything strange in your logfiles. I'm suspecting a Unicode issue, as I also saw your post regarding the texture cache issue, which is also a Unicode problem (special chars). Could you please try the following ? 1. close Kodi 2. navigate to c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\kodi\addon_data\script.titanskin.helpers 3. subfolder resources\lib, open the file Utils.py in a texteditor 4. on line 8 change the line doDebugLog=False to doDebugLog=True 5. Start Kodi and let it run for about 10 minutes or so.Thjs will flood your kodi logfile with logging... 6. close down Kodi and undo the above change to Utils.py 7. send me the Kodi logfile that was just created I hope that I get some more info from that debug logfile because atm I don't understand why it's failing for you
