After a clean instal the mpaa is shown ( only the fsk12 and 18 are corrupt like you know). Now the last issue in momentum is the collection thing. I can see the setting for setting it for one constant background but I thought there used to be a setting that you select the folder with a number of different images that rotated. It would also be cool if I could select a different background for each tile. Is there a setting I am not seeing somewhere? -Jason

You can always try to reset the shortcuts to defaults also in the skin settings, maybe that will help. What happens if you open that second movie tile ? Will it also open your movie collection from MB3 ? I tried to reset the shortcuts, and it doesn't seem to help. Both movies tile open the movie collection from MB. TV and TV shows tiles also open the TV collection from MB.

After that, you can set a background per-tile if you want, also multi image.

tube82 73 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 While playing around and looking for things to nitpick on I discovered a very small thing while scrolling in views. Scrolling down behaves differently from scrolling up. What I mean: Scrolling down is very smooth, the row of items in the top is shifted away Scrolling up is not equally smooth. The first item of the bottom row is shifted out of sight like in down-scrolling, but the other items instantly fade out before scrolling takes place. Its not easy to describe, but if you look for it while scrolling you'll understand what I mean. I noticed this in Thumbs and Panel Wall views, but I guess this is the case in all views that scroll vertically.

Running helix and switched to XF for now. It's reverting other changes as well like theme music and videos (which I always turn off) and changing default select from info to play In other news, I like how you skinned the add-ons info screen dialog to match your skin (and made it full screen !!!!!!!!)

I was holding back moving from Kodi's own library to xbmb3c until I tried this skin. I have the same issue as somy (quoted below), in that I had two movies & two tv show tiles appearing on the home screen. I removed the (only) listing of tv-shows and movies in the skin settings in "Customise Main Menu" (so neither are listed in the shortcuts > customise main menu screen) and it does now only show one of each in the main menu - but now I can't change the order of how they appear. Also - one other small issue, the main menu lists NetFlix - even though I don't have the add-on installed. It's not listed in the shortcuts menu, so I can't find a way to remove. I'm running off the beta repo. I did try uninstalling everything and going to the stable, but I got the same issue - so back on beta. @@marcelveldt I'd like to report an issue with the latest beta version of the skin: I see two "Movies" tiles and two "TV"/"TV Shows" tiles in my home screen (please see the screen below). I have no clue why this is happening to you. Maybe the 1080XF theme touches this configuration ? In the past I did set some initial settings for the MB3 addon, like disabling some services that are not needed for the skin and the watched indicators but only at first install of the skin. Decided to also remove that. Like you said, leave it up to the user. So long story short, it's not the skin that is messing with your settings, I'm 100% sure of that. 2

I can't get a screenshot right now, but compared to the guide in WMC the WMC one is much clearer. I already adjusted to show only 7 rows, but that hasn't made any noticeable difference. Also, a minor display bug. I'm using the vertical menu, and on my TV shows using the next up widget. The images are all squished. Compared to the Movies widget which looks just fine. Is there a change log anywhere that you keep updated? At some point I think I'm going to want to move from the beta to the stable release now that my experimental htpc is going to take over as the main screen. I'd like to be able to keep up on what's new. Thanks again for the great work. This is honestly one of the best Kodi skins out there, the number of customization options out of the box is just astounding. This kind of flexibility is really what the default skin should be. Edit - one other issue I noticed last night. NetfliXBMC seems to be updating rather frequently. I'm not sure if this is an addon or skin issue. I'll get the full screen notification that its updating when I go into my local Movie or TV library. It seems to pop up randomly when I go into settings or pretty much any other screen as well. Any thoughts on what controls that? I would have expected it to only update when I go into the add-on. I do not have NetfliXMBC mode activated, and it isn't an item on my homescreen with any widgets that would need updating. Edited February 16, 2015 by kmarq13

I have come across 2 issues the first I consider minimal the second not so much. Issue 1 - Hide widget backgrounds no longer seems to work and is always on meaning I try to hide the background and it stays on. Issue 2 - All library views no longer respect "Sort Name" in the metadata. Example I have all the batman movies and even thought I have the sort names set to Batman 1, Batman 2, ect. they only sort by their title so they appear out of chronological order. I have also tried collections(boxsets) with the same result. I have also gone through all the Mediabrowser and MB addon settings as well as Kodi and Titan settings and nothing fixes it. Also it has been happening I think for over a month or 2 now if that matters. Thanks for your skin and time. ps setting a widget to none on one of my shortcuts just makes it default to TV Shows widget.

I just tried to reproduce your issues but I can't so I think I need some more info... Issue 1 - Hide widget backgrounds no longer seems to work and is always on meaning I try to hide the background and it stays on. What do you mean by widget backgrounds ? You mean the background on a per-tile base ? What steps did you take to accomplish this ? Which homescreen layout are you using ? Do you know that you can completely disable section backgrounds in the skin settings ? Please describe in more detail how you'd like to see things. Issue 2 - All library views no longer respect "Sort Name" in the metadata. The MB3 addon now uses the native Kodi sort methods for this, this is not done by the MB3 server or addon any more. In order to change the sort options look in the Kodi settings and especially the "side blade menu", left key on your remove/keyboard. For me the sort is working fine, but I might be missing something... Issue 3 - setting a widget to none on one of my shortcuts just makes it default to TV Shows widget Couldn't reproduce. What steps did you take to accomplish and what homescreen layout are you using ?
