Movie Library Issue - Movies not showing unless I click on Folders

I have a strange Issue. I have created some new libraries based on the Genre Folders that my movies are in. For some reason, however, the movies are not being displayed in the library. If I click inside the library and click on Folders section of the library, the movies are all there.... but just looking at the main Movies section of the library shows to be empty. I'm not sure what the problem is. My Library that shows ALL of my Movies displays the movies perfectly. So does it have something to do with the folder structure? I have two other libraries that are displaying perfectly using sub folders so I don't think that's it, but I can't figure it out. 

Will someone please point me in the right direction?

Are those Watched or Unwatched movies? Maybe you have some Filter turned on? Or Hide watched media enabled?

I was finally able to get them to start showing up when I removed the ALL Movies Library. What I want is to have an ALL Movies library, and then have separate Libraries for the Genres. Can I not have both?

But in your ALL Movies Library there already was a Genre tab, where Genres were already populated accordingly? 

Edit: Lemme rephrase that: how did you create those new Libraries, based on Genre? Cause I think you can have same items in as many Libraries as you want, given proper setup. And you might check out Collections as well. Or SmartPlaylists plugin. 

Edit 2: OK, for test purposes made following folders:

/Movies

          /Action

                    /Movie 1

                    /Movie 2

          /Comedy

                    /Movie 3

                    /Movie 4

Created Library All Movies with folder Movies, got Movies 1, 2, 3 and 4 shown. 

Created Library Action with folder Movies/Action, got NO movies shown. 

Same for Library Movies/Comedy. Empty. 

They are present in Folder view, but not in the Movies tab. As stated by OP. Once All Movies Library is deleted, they show up in their libraries. 

Edit 3: Further testing. Made Library All Movies with folders Movies/Action and Movies/Comedy added separately. Finally got all movies to show, both in the All Movies library and respective Action and Comedy libraries. 

So, I guess complex folder structure breaks down when subsequent Library created has one of the subfolders as main library folder. 

@Mychale6563, when you create your ALL Movies Library, just add your Genre subfolders one by one instead of your main Movies folder.
