Hi guyz

 

How can I make the web client/android app to run as a remote control permanently?

 

Is there a way to force the android app or the web client to start as a remote control for the MBC/MBT that installed on my living room PC without the need to manually select it every time I run it on my phone?

 

I have tried to find some info at the forums but didn't see any thing about it.

Just a shot in the dark here but could you try and bookmark the remote control page of the web client on your phone so when you open the bookmark it would automatically open the remote page?

Hi Chef, I already thought about it and try it in 2 ways-

 

1. The remote control panel doesn't have a specific address as far as i can see so there is nothing to bookmark.

 

2. When you choose the remote client to control you don't get a special address so bookmarking it won`t help also..

 

But I am open for more ideas

Web client doesn't remember what you were controlling. I'll add that at some point.

This will be a very nice feature, especially for my parents, who are also a happy MB users and tech dummy
