Trakt not in sync with Emby while watching a show.

So when I watch a TV show and I pause it in betwenn if I look at trakt it still runs and times are not in sync. So when I stop playing in the middle of the tv show and want to watch from where I stopped because emby syncs back playstate from trakt, it usually resets it to not watched so looks like I didn't even start playing that episode?

how can I set it so they are in sync play, pause, stop etc so states are always in sync?
