Emby Not Working on Firestick, But Works On Laptop

For some reason when I load Emby on my firestick, it shows my media, I select the media to play, and it just spins, there is a blue circle that just spins and nothing happens.

When I play Emby on my laptop it loads my content fine.

The firestick has a VPN on it if that matters.

What could be the issue? Any suggestions or advice would greatly be appreciated.

I am running emby on a Windows 10 computer.

That is most likely the problem.  Can you try disabling it?

Thanks, actually I restarted Firestick and that seemed to have fixed the issue. So I guess the Firestick just needed to be rebooted.
