can only acces using non existing ip

hi all! 

I had to reinstall windows and emby and now I can not connect to my emby server using the local ip, I do have noip and I can connect using that. but when I want to use the automatic discovery or use the lan ip which is 192.168.2.88 it won't open. I do not know how but I accidentally opened it with my other modem his ip. 192.168.8.88!?!?

this modem is connected to a sim modem and has nothing to do with it. So I am a little confused. also now, I cannot cast with emby using my noip only when I use x. 8.88. 

 

So I really don't know what to say. please help

Can you elaborate a bit more about your modems?

Are these combo modem & router?

When you reinstalled Windows did you assign it the same IP?
