Getting a exceeded premier limit message

Just subscribed and getting an error already. Please can you help. Thank you

Is this your server - or are you using somebody else's server ?  

If somebody else's, then please speak with them as they are responsible for the user/device limit.

If it's your own server, and you believe you are using less than you have a license for (25 devices by default) - then please provide the logs so we can investigate why you are getting this error message.
