Library won't remove

Under Settings, Libraries, you can Add a new library.

However, when I click on a library name (the 3 dots ...) and click Remove, it of course says "Remove Media Folder.  Are you sure you wish to remove this media folder?" 

I click OK.  Library is still there.

It's not going away.  I now have a bunch of extra libraries.  I've renamed them all something like "BAD4" and arranged them to show last on dashboard, but it is annoying to not be able to remove them.

Under the admin panel, try scanning the library (under Scheduled Tasks), they should disappear.
