What will be the best SQLITE command to remove all the files associations in the database to force a re-scan of the library without removing the Root folders,  playlist / users and watched status?
a little bit the same way if I would do a restore backup from a empty system.

thanks

Hi, there isn't one. The server has it's own cleanup routines. The only waste you might have might be entries caused by defects in older server versions.

I see once in a while the server stop updating a path for some reason, even if I try to remove it and add it back it seem to not work

Right unfortunately we don't have a magic formula to locate these records. If we did we'd just clean them up automatically. The good news is that with newer server versions it shouldn't happen with new records going forward.
