Android 3.1.61 audio problem

I have recently updated a few of my android boxes to emby 3.1.6.1 and have lose the audio to alot of my files. The audio format that seems to have most of then problem is EAC3 but its not limited to that format. 

I have all the exact same boxes all hooked up the same way. They worked perfactly before the update and nothing has changed but the update. The boxes that are running 3.1.61 are having the audio issue but one box i left running version 3.0.21 has no audio issues at all. Which tells me its not the box and its not the setup but its something in the version of emby that is running.

Would love some help with this

This is the server log for the time frame for the box with 3.1.61 playing an episode with no audio.

This is the server log for the time frame playing the exact same episode on the box with emby 3.0.21 that plays the audio fine.

Both boxes are

Ott tv box t95q

Android 8.1.0

Both are just labled tvbox under the emby devices.
