Can't stop transcoding , getting unc error.

So I just reformatted my server which runs windows 7. I setup the shares for my media according to the guide on this site.

 

Only one of my htpc's is getting the error that my shares aren't accessible.  I have file sharing turned on in the windows settings just like I do on all my PC's.

 

Any ideas why I am getting this error on only one machine.

 

I installed mediabrowser on my laptop just to test and it is not transcoding. Working as it should.

The problem seems to have worked itself out, turned sharing off and back on after watching a movie its working.
