Some of my extras don't have BIF files

I was temporarily plagued with this issue for a couple of weeks.  I did the step of refreshing metadata for the videos stored in Extras folder and Emby did generate and/or restore thumbnail images for "Extras" items.  I didn't really check to see if it created BIF files for those extra items or not.

But while going through these fixes, I also noticed that Emby was not creating thumbs for newly added Family Video files which are housed in a separate folder.  Looks like the problem started roughly at the beginning of November.  Up until that point (end of October) I had thumbs and BIF files for all Family video files in the library.  Sometime after end of October Emby stopped creating thumbs and BIF files for family video files.  Did anything change with the server around that time?  Is there some setting in the server that may have gotten inadvertently changed to cause this? I have since been going in to each newly added family video file and manually capturing a frame image to manually upload to the file image inside of Emby.  This was being done automatically by Emby previously with any new library scan.  Is there a place I can check in the server for settings to see if something was turned off/on that shouldn't be to correct it?  This is on a stable version server (4.5.2) ...not beta.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
