Themes and the way media is dIsplayed

Hi I tried to search but did not get answer I am looking for.

I had to reinstall everything on computer due to a drive failure I am glad all my media was also on a backup drive.
I have premiere as you can see in attachment but my theme will not change no matter what I choose I am stuck with the theme you see I have restarted the server multiple times.

Also on my old server my home screen was set up in this order Collections Movies Tv shows  Fitness

no mater which order I add or remove it shows Fitness Movies Tv shows Collections is there a way to get it back the way it was??

Have you tried a browser refresh?
Have you tried this in a different browser as well to see if it's a "server" or client issue to narrow the problem down?

Do you still have a copy of your old Emby setup that you can get the collection info from?

No I do not have the old config files  now I feel stupid seems the extension Dark Mode for chrome

did it i disabled it when I noticed it and got the theme to work. now i just need to figure out my home screen order

Without the older config files you won't have the collection info so there isn't any way to get them back.

Click user icon, Home Screen and adjust Library Order.
