Deleting items in emby/emby theater

1. When viewing the list of videos in a library, the delete button doesn't work.  I have to select the video then select the trash can.   Very anoying

2. Even after deleting (with trash can) it returns to the video list and the deleted video still shows in the list.

Thanks!

Hi there, right, you have to click the delete button. Is that a problem?

Right where?   I see the list of videos and I don't see a delete button next to the list.  I do, however, have a convenient <del> button on my keyboard which is very intuitive :)

Currently I have to select the video, go to another screen delete, go back to the list select another video, go to another screen delete, go back to the list select another video, go to another screen delete, go back to the list select another video, go to another screen delete, go back to the list select another video, go to another screen delete

Would be much easier to hit <del><del><del><del>

Sorry, but just surprised this is broken or not hooked up.  I am also surprised on the lack of keyboard shortcuts that are found in most of the other video apps like Kodi or Plex.

Well, not not working is not a correct statement. This has never really come up before.

As a feature, yes it's possible for the future. Thanks.

Hi.  Can't you also do this with the "..." menu?  Or with right-click?

Ok...I guess...  Can some effort be made to make the interface easier with some keyboard shortcuts?

- Delete video

- Toggle Watched

- Toggle subtitles

at least... these have got to be VERY popular activities.

Sorry, like Windows explorer and most other apps, when you want to delete something, you would usually have at least the <del> button hooked up.  Right click is a mouse thing, not a keyboard thing, it would be a secondary option.  Using a remote it would be great to just scroll down to the video and hit the equivalent <del> button on the remote.  There's always a solutions with 2-5 more steps.  I just was hoping for the traditional 1 step <del>.  Currently doing this with a remote is quite painful :(.   Select scroll scroll scroll select scroll select etc...
