Emby Server Not Reachable every few days...

So recently my Emby server will go offline for no apparent reason.  Usually I have to reinstall the app to fix the issue.  What can I do to further troubleshoot this and get to the root of the problem?

Model  - TS873

Emby version - 4.6.0.5 (beta I think?)  I tried the beta over the stable version but it didnt help.

UPDATE:  I uninstalled 4.6.0.5 and went back to 4.5.2.0.  It completely hosed my server and have to reconfigure everything... maybe something for corrupted?  Thankfully I didn't lose any data...
