Media only visible in "folder" view

Hi guys, have an odd issue that a large number of my movies are not visible within the main movie view - if I select "Folders" from the options across the top they are all visible

 

Ive attached a couple of images to show what I mean....

 

Any ideas?

#Alive, 2 days in the valley, 2 fast 2 furious are the first 3 missing - in total is around 400.......

 

just to update something else very odd is happening as now I have nothing visible in either movies or folders.... I also run a Plex server and that is still seeing all media fine so I know its not as issue with files not being accessible

 

Im just doing another rescan to see if that helps but didnt resolve earlier

How are the files named and organized?

Hi Luke,

 

seems to be be doing something - i forced a full rescan and is slowly adding all the movies back in (including the ones that were missing earlier)

 

my metdata is auto saved into the movie folder but appears the movies are being added back without the changes I made to background images - these seem have defaulted back to previous versions... is this right?

Hi, I'm not sure. is it possible you just didn't want for the initial library scan to complete?
