I right click the book and click "edit metadata" Edit information regarding the book into the "Overview" and save. Yet the overview information is not viewable in Emby. Am I not doing something correct? Why is that available but not viewable? Cheers, Friends

Friends 2 Posted November 21, 2020 Author Posted November 21, 2020 I edited "Overview" in the Metadata. I assumed.... it would present itself like it does in Movies. Do I need to turn that function on or is Album and track all I get? Hoping to enter the Audiobook synopsis into that field and have it available for my children. Thank you, Friends

Happy2Play 9781 Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 @Lukeafter toggling settings when set to Auto / TV there is no overview. Reproducible Display mode Auto / TV (Edit metadata shows overview is still there) So the question would be is this by design for TV mode?

Thanks for the willingness to help. If you set Display mode to Desktop or Mobile does it appear? User icon-Display Display Mode (you can do this in the web client also as both ET and web client are relatively the same, only difference is mode they default to on Auto. So setting web client to TV will produce same as ET or ET to desktop to mimic web client). Edited November 21, 2020 by Happy2Play
