Dysan 2 Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Hi there, parents in law use my emby to remotly play to their local chromecast, i can see the connection coming in, no issues with the transcode not keeping up. attached is the server log and transcode log. Really dont know whats wrong, both our bandwiths are sufficient, turn down the quality to 15Mbps (my line is 500/50) is see a [q] command received. Exiting, in the ffmpeg log file, ffmpeg-transcode-0044f0fc-0164-4ea4-9d98-6b95740bbd45_1.txt and in the server log around the same time serverlog.txt2020-11-19 19:25:29.868 Info App: ProcessRun 'StreamTranscode 0044f0': Stopping ffmpeg process with q command for c:\transtemp\transcoding-temp\1BA081.mkv
Luke 42080 Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Hi, I would try asking them to lower the chromecast quality setting in the app and see if that helps.
