People Tags for Music?

Trying to find any answer on this but can't seem to find one.

Does the 'people' tag work for music? I can't seem to add any people to music metadata. Or is something glitched with my server?

I'd like to add 'producer' and 'composer' to lots of different albums/tracks as I love following my favorite producers and writers. 'Arranger' would also be a great one to have but I don't see any way to customize the tags.

Any advice would be great.
