Question about my user transcoding permissions

I am running Emby from my EHD to my Fire Stick on my 2011 Sony Bravia. The latest version of Emby is running on both devices.

I've attached the NFO of the file that I am trying to play. I can hear the audio but can't see the video. I've attached the log as well.

Search for 'Jailhouse.' It's at 12:28 in the file.

Nevermind. I hadn't checked before posting that. I still can't see the video even after turning transcoding on.
