Define where to store log, cache & other fils

Is there a way to define where MB Server should store the cache, log and other folders? I can only find the option to set the IBN one.

 

I run MB Server as a ESXi VM, and I like to have the basic system running from a SSD while logs, caches, etc from a mechanical drive.

Thanks for the quick answer Luke. Please consider it in the future as my scenario is to store as many VMs in the SSD as possible, and cache, log, etc not only have a tendency to grow but also it is the kind of material that I prefer to keep out of SSD due to their temporary nature. 

 

I may also play with MKLink and see if I can have the default MB folder remapped to a folder on the D:/ drive.
