Native Framerate / 1080p switching on Shield?

Is there a setting i nEmby that will make a Shield that is set up in the main menu for 4k / 59.94 HZ or 1080p/59 hz switch to 1080p or 4k / 24 upon the start of a movie with one of those resolutions and frame rates?  Whatever I have it set on right now just keeps the resolution and rate of the main menu / interface.

Im an idiot. .  I guess on my 2:35 screen with some stuff being off the page I just didnt scroll down.  Got it now, thanks!
