Carplay and Video? Edit: Nevermind

The blog about carplay support mentions subtitles so I assume video playback is supported. When I hook my iphone to our car and launch emby from carplay all I get is "browse" and "server". If I press either, nothing happens. Emby for ios works fine on my iphone otherwise. 

Does the ios app support video?

 

Edit: Nevermind the subtitles mention and stuff was for the app itself and not carplay. I think I just read carplay and assume it was all carplay enhancements... doh

Hi, yes the iOS app supports video, but the CarPlay feature only supports audio.

I have Emby on a Synology NAS. Does it support CarPlay, or do I need Emby Premiere?

Hi, Emby for iOS supports CarPlay, and this feature requires Emby Premiere. Thanks !
