TV show will not show up which means I can't play it

This is a strange issue. I have Eli Roth's History of Horror that I added to my library. I've tried naming it "Eli Roths History of Horror" and just "History of Horror". YES I have the naming conventions correct and it is in my TV folder. Plex has NO issues seeing it and playing it. However Emby does NOT see it and therefore I can not see it or play it.

Plex and Emby point to the same hard drive that ONLY has a TV folder.

Any suggestions.

Hi,

Rotate your log file from the scheduled tasks menu.
Do a Library Refresh from the Library menu.

After completing upload the server log.

I just got it to finally show up. I had to rename and rename the show multiple times and now it finally showed up!

Cool, glad you got it figured out.  Typically it's good to remove a problem movie/show, refresh library then add it back again with the new name.
