jordy 284 Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 (edited) For the last few days I have been experiencing Live TV Playback failure for one or two channels on Emby for Android v 3.1.44 on my phone. H.264 channels appear to play Ok but mpeg2 channels do not. Opening a live TV stream for and in particular (but not restricted to) channel 10BOLD results in a screen crash - Emby For Android closes the playback screen and displays the desktop but remains in the active apps list. Server: win10 4.6.0.5beta Phone: Pixel 5, Android 11 Server log atached playback starts at 2020-11-13 15:23:33.529 EDIT: just for reference - ALL channels play fine on AndroidTV on my 2017 shield embyserver.txt Edited November 13, 2020 by jordy additional info
Luke 42078 Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Hi, 3.1.59 has been released to the store. How does that compare?

pwhodges 2012 Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 (edited) Seriously? In that image the channels' names are clipped underneath, and the coloured boxes are overlapping. While we're at it, on my iPhone SE 2020 (I know, wrong forum...) the dropdown to select the day is almost completely covered: Inviska MKV Extract.lnk Paul Edited November 15, 2020 by pwhodges

Luke 42078 Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Ok I would just turn off the background highlight for now. We need to redo that feature anyway in some other way.

Scrolling only happens beneath the timeline, and it is the timeline display that is overlapping the selector. If I pull down when at the top of the list, the selector is exposed, but the display bounces back up when I release it; at least that way I can see what is currently selected. There is just enough of the selector exposed to be able to use it, though the three-dot menu alongside it is inaccessible. This also happens the same on an iPhone 6S which has the same size screen, and both phones are running iOS 14.1 (14.2 is currently downloading). Paul Edited November 16, 2020 by pwhodges
