CSS Codes for a specefic user

I have two accounts. 1 for people to view and another for me to manage the server.
I want to remove some buttons. Is it possible to just make those CSS codes work for a single specific user?

i'm wanting to do this for two servers so css is lightly diff and when i checked you need to write js code to make it work

but for users that is even more difficult - but i think impossible as the user ID is not available to the css directly - might be possible also with js - but not looked

Understood. Users keep messing with the display part and all. Would have been nice.

Can custom css work with the android apps tho?
