Emby Premiere not working on Ipad

Hello,

 

When I use my ipad it does not recognize my premiere status, and it doesnt even allow me to watch anything it just says watch for 1 minute. Any idea what would cause this issue?

Hi.  Make sure nothing is blocking the device's access to the internet.

Thank you it was my circle device and apples new mac address changing “feature” my kids content filter saw it as a new device and blocked the authentication server i guess.
