Live tv takes long to remove old channel

Hi there I added my iptv to live tv in Emby it had lots of channels on there in different languages so I removed the tv source / epg. And requested U.K / US channels from my iptv provider so they updated it for me. So I added the new tv source / epg and the old channels are still there and refresh guide says 100% but still running so am asking is it removing all the channels and because there’s lots will it take time?  Is there a faster way of doing this ?

Hi, Nope, just let it run. One of the last steps this process does at the 100% mark is remove channels no longer used.
