bestimmte Metadaten sperren für ganz Bibliothek?

Hallo,

mittels nfo kann ich zb bei tvshow.nfo dies bei schon vorhandene mit <lockedfields>Name|Overview|OfficialRating|Cast|ProductionLocations</lockedfields>

Aber wie kann ich das für die ganze Bibliothek einstellen und somit auch für zukünftige Medien?
