Metadata on new episodes and movies always english

Hi, my preferred metadata language in series and movies is german, and country germany. I have set this in the library settings advanced tab and also in single libraries (series/movies)

If i make a full rescan with replace all metadata, it downloads everything in german. But every newly added episode or movie has english metadata.
